The birth date, time, place and gender you enter, and a nickname if you choose to give one; the reading written from them; and the email address you give at checkout. The nickname is shown only at the top of your reading and is never used to write it. If you use the Short Read credit, we keep the one-time code issued for it. Card details go to Gumroad and never reach us. Your browser also keeps the page you stopped at, so the link opens where you left it. That stays on your device and never reaches us. The free calculators put your chart in the page address as an encrypted link, and our host keeps ordinary request logs of page addresses. We also count visits by page and by campaign tag, with nothing that identifies you.
To calculate your chart, write your reading and send you the link to it. We do not sell any of it and we do not use it for advertising.
Gumroad (payment and receipts). Anthropic, the provider of the AI model that writes the text, which receives the chart calculations but not your email address. Render Services, Inc. (hosting). These companies are in the United States, so your data is processed there.
We keep your reading while the link stays open, so you can come back to it, and for at most 24 months. After that we delete it. Ask sooner and we delete it sooner.
Under a calculator result you can tick a box to get a short note before your birthday and when the 2027 Year of the Goat begins. If you do, we keep your email address, your birthday's month and day, when you agreed and confirmed, which page you agreed on, and your country. Not your birth year, time or place, and not your IP address. Nothing is sent until you press the link in the confirmation email, and an unconfirmed address is deleted after 7 days. The list is kept on our server; Resend (United States) sends the emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, which deletes your address at once and keeps only a one-way fingerprint of it so we never email it again. After 24 months we ask once whether you still want the emails, and delete the address if you do not answer within 30 days. To have it deleted sooner, write to us.
Write to support@wishborneastrology.com to see what we hold or to delete it. Send the link to your reading with your message. If you do not have it, tell us the email address you used at checkout. We ask because we keep no record joining an email address to a reading: your birth details travel inside the link, not in our files. We answer within 30 days, usually within a few days.
